Breakfast at the Birmingham Manor B&B

Entrée-At Birmingham Manor Bed and Breakfast in Stratford, Ontario, breakfast starts with a fresh fruit plate, Dom loves to “play” with fruit! He is actually very fussy about the fruit we serve, ensuring it is the freshest and most flavourful. The fruit we serve is seasonal and sourced locally as much as possible-Ontario strawberries, Niagara peaches and when we are lucky, neighbours pears and apples! Both of us love gardening and grow our own fresh herbs and veggies. 

Main dish– Each day a different home-made entree is presented to our guests, alternating between savoury and sweet; our menu constantly evolves. Our ingredients are sourced locally: eggs are from local farmers, the bread is either home baked or from local bakeries, vegetables are either form our garden or bought at the Farmers’ Market. 

Sweet endings-Baking is one of Elena’s passion and she loves a challenge of creating fresh “breakfast dessert” every day. Selection may include Lavender Chocolate pot de creme, Lemon or Pumpkin pudding, Apple Jalousie, Scones, Biscuits, Muffins, Fruit Tarts. Our selection includes Gluten Free and Vegan options, such as a Victoria Sponge Cake and vegan Chocolate Pudding

At Birmingham Manor Bed and Breakfast delicious breakfast options also include vegetarian, vegan and gluten free fare, including home baked sweets and breads. Simply, let us know upon booking of any dietary preferences, as meals are planned in advance of your arrival. 

Our famous home baked biscotti are always available.

Breakfast is served at 9:00 am in the formal dining room at a communal table.
Coffee and a selection of Teas are available from 8:00 am for you to enjoy along with the daily newspaper either in our parlour or on our beautiful porch.
